- Offer non-erotic, legal, and non-medical massage services
- Communicate with potential clients
- Schedule appointments and manage their own independent services
- Set their own prices, policies, and availability
All service providers listed here are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of BadMassage.com.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following actions are not allowed under any circumstances and will result in immediate account removal:
❌ Erotic, sexual, or suggestive services
❌ Illegal massage services or operating without required local licensing
❌ Human trafficking, escorting, or any form of sexual solicitation
❌ Posting misleading photos, fake identities, or inaccurate credentials
❌ Violence, threats, harassment, or discrimination
❌ Sharing private data or violating other users’ privacy
BadMassage.com reserves the right to delete any profile or content that violates these rules.
3. User Responsibilities
All users—clients and service providers—must:
- Follow local, state, and federal laws
- Verify any licenses required by their jurisdiction
- Communicate respectfully
- Act professionally and honestly
- Report suspicious behavior immediately
The platform is not responsible for verifying licenses, background checks, or the legality of users’ activities.
4. Platform Disclaimer (Section 230 Protection)
BadMassage.com is not a service provider.
We do not hire, manage, supervise, or control massage therapists.
All users are solely responsible for:
- The services they provide
- Their actions and communications
- Their compliance with local regulations
Under 47 U.S.C. §230, BadMassage.com is not liable for any user-generated content or user conduct.
5. Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in:
- Profile suspension
- Permanent removal
- Reporting to law enforcement (if required)
BadMassage.com may enforce rules at its sole discretion.
